Dear Paige Letang,

 

I am writing today to thank you for my wonderful experience that you have helped create during my time at Good Beginnings Daycare. My experience with you at Good Beginnings has been nothing but supportive and enjoyable and it means the world to me.

 

I have grown in more ways than one this past semester at my co-op placement at Good Beginnings Daycare. One of the main important skills I learned was to show initiative in certain situations. Before when I was working at previous jobs and even in class I would not do something without being asked or having the expectation to do a certain activity. Whereas now I am able to do more without being instructed to do so as often. As well I have learned to better adapt to situations where the situation may be getting out of hand. I am now capable of managing and adapting to any situation and being able to act to make the situation better with the best outcome possible. Finally, I am definitely certain I want to go into the field of child care or at least in a field that involves children. Participating in co-op at Good Beginnings with you as my supervisor has given me the push I needed to finalize my plans to go into a field involving children.

 

I sincerely appreciate your guidance and support through all of my efforts and daily activities, it has helped me a lot. Working alongside you has been enjoyable and very worthwhile. I will miss going to co-op everyday and working alongside you and the children and I hope that one day I will have the same enjoyability and enthusiasm you have daily at your job.
